Kari Dyer’s path to real estate beautifully blends her Ohio upbringing with her passion for California living. Born and raised in Ohio, she began her college journey at The Ohio State University before a visit to San Diego inspired her to relocate and pursue new opportunities. She later earned her degree in Communication from San Diego State University with an emphasis in Public Relations and Media Management.
Kari launched her career with The Anthony Robbins Foundation, supporting impactful outreach programs, before moving into corporate training for a well‑established restaurant group. This role brought her to Orange County and later Los Angeles, where she grew her management experience and strengthened her abilities in operations, training, and team collaboration.
In 2012, Kari moved to Danville, where she found the sense of community that reminded her of her Ohio roots. After 14 years of living in the East Bay, she has built a vibrant life here with her fiancé, her two boys, two stepchildren, and two dogs. The East Bay truly became her forever home.
With a long-standing passion for real estate, Kari spent several years as a Community Association Manager and Sales Manager before earning her real estate license in 2023. She then joined Coldwell Banker Realty as a Deal Operations Specialist, further expanding her understanding of real estate processes and client service.
Today, as an agent with The Ahern Real Estate Group, Kari proudly represents the East Bay community she calls home. She brings professionalism, sincerity, and exceptional attention to detail to every client relationship and is committed to making each buying or selling experience smooth, informed, and rewarding. Kari is honored to serve her community — and to collaborate with the strong, well‑established Ahern Real Estate Group.
